Here at Sunny Coast Property we provide a service that is second to none. We like to think that your property is our property and is therefore treated as such. We provide all aspects of property management  from key holding to full maintenance packages throughout the Costa Del Sol and are based in the central location of Puerto De La Duquesa.

We are a small, family run company who only manage a  number of select properties in the area. Due to this fact, we are able to spend whatever time is needed on maintaining your property at the very highest of standards.

We offer a range of services including sales, rentals, property management, cleaning services and our very own laundrette. Our prices are structured to be the cheapest anywhere on the Costa Del Sol. We, therefore, promise to beat any quote but remain confident you wont find a better deal anywhere else in southern Spain.

Boasting our own high profile website and multimedia advertising, we are the obvious choice to get your property seen by the masses. All Key Holding and Maintenance packages include free advertising on our website, where we will secure bookings for your property at 10% of any rental income. You can, of course, take your own bookings for your property as well.

 Property Management

As professional property managers, we provide for your every need at a price you can afford.  Our prices start at €20  for a basic key holding package for a small property. 

Our Key Holding packages are guaranteed to be the cheapest around!


We also offer full Maintenance Services such as general repair, security, Cleaning, Laundry Service, gardening, pool cleaning, decorating, representation and emergency call outs.

We boast our very own laundrette to provide that extra care for your linen at the lowest prices and also provide a meet and greet service from Malaga & Gibraltar Airport.

These services are outlined in more detail in the pages listed in the left column of this page.

Key Holding

From €20 a month we will hold your keys and be your liaison with whoever you wish to grant access to your property. An information pack with our contact details, emergency services numbers, local sights, local amenities and entertainment will be placed in your property at your tenants disposal. We will be contactable 24/7 to you and your rental clients to iron out any creases that may arise which we will rectify immediately upon your approval.

Our responsibilities will include a weekly inspection of your property. We will also visit your property after any severe weather conditions to check for any damage. Our weekly visit will include an inspection of the following:

1. Security.     Inspect all doors, locks, windows, boundaries and alarm system.
2. Post.     We will collect all correspondence and store it or forward it to you upon your request.
3. Infestations.     Check for any unwanted guests, eradicate the problem, or obtain the services of a professional upon your approval.
4. Water Damage.    Ensure all drains are clear. Inspect for damp, leaks and mould. Run all taps briefly and flush toilets to eliminate stale odours.
5. Odours.     All rooms will be sprayed with air freshener to keep your property smelling fresh and clean at all times.
6. Electrics.     All light switches, bulbs, wallsockets, electrical appliances, central heating, air-con and wiring will be briefly tested. Faulty bulbs will be replaced & competitive estimates will be sourced for any repairs that need to be done upon your approval.
7. Exterior.     We will carry out a routine check of your property's gardens/pool area etc. All plants will be watered.

We also offer a range of welcome packs varying from a standard pack (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread & butter etc) to a special occasion pack which can include champagne and fruit basket.

All key holding packages include free advertising locally and on our website.

Maintenance

The general repair of all our properties is something we take very seriousley. It is essential to keep a property well maintained in order to secure repeat bookings. From the electrical appliances to the swimming pool filter, a good state of repair is imperative for the reputation and immage of your property.

     We can provide trade proffessionals, often at very short notice, to carry out any repairs that may need to be carried out. Jobs of a less urgent nature will be carried out by our maintenance team as and when needed.

In short, your property will be very well cared for!

Cleaning & Laundry

Our cleaning service is impeccable!

The value of a good first impression is something not to be taken lightly. Your property must be imaculate as your tenants walk through the door. Repeat bookings are obtained primarily on this basis. Keep a clean property and your guests are guarenteed to return.

We offer mid term cleans and laundry change at reduced rates as well as a thorough cleaning service in readiness for your new clients.   Our trusted cleaners have many years experience, and will clean your property to your specific requirements.  Due to the fact that all properties vary in size, the following prices are to be used as a guide only.

Studio                                                   €25

1 bed apartment.                                 €30

2 bed apartment.                                 €40

3 bed apartment/villa.                         €55

4 bed apartment/villa.                         €75

5 bed villa.                                            €90

The above prices do not include laundry.

We recommend white linen for a clean, professional appearance, ease of wash and

because its easily replaced from local stores at short notice. We can provide linen

packages for you at very low prices. We also keep a small amount of stock for those

inevitable emergencies.

We have our own fully equipped laundrette to ensure your linen is treated with the utmost respect at the cheapest price possible. Our laundry service includes free pick-up, ironing and delivery. As a rough guide, a two bedroom apartment average bill is around €20.

Meet & Greet

Making your rental clients welcome is of paramount importance to give them that lasting first impression that will hopefully be the deciding factor that brings them back to your property the following year.

For a local meeting we charge €10. This service will include showing your guests around the property and a conveyance of information including the surrounding area, local restaurants and bars, golf courses etc.

Airport meet and greets can also be arranged and are priced at €40 from Gibraltar and €80 for Malaga.
